    Exclamation Newbie here. Help please!!!!

    I have a Treo650 and I am loving it except for one thing. When the thing powers down sometimes I can not get it to come back on by hitting the green or red button. I am not using the keylock and it powers off after 3mins. I have the lates 1.13 upgrade. Do I need to send it back for service or am I just missing something obvious. Thanks in advance for any help. oh and I forgot to mention it will not receive calls when it does this.

    It's not really powering off, it's just turning off the display. Has this always been a problem or only started recently? Do you think you have any software installed that could interfere with waking it up?
