    Default no outgoing calls

    hi.i am from india. i bought treo650 yesterday . i am not able to make outgoing calls from treo650 .if i change my sim card to any other service provider than i can. please help.whether resetting the device will help?

    What 650 version did you get and from where?

    If you bought an unlocked GSM version and you have an activated SIM card for a local carrier, there is no reason why it shouldn't work.

    i dont know why it is not working with this operater.should i do a hard reset?

    Well it certainly can't hurt to try a hard reset however you should probably just take it back to were you purchased it from and let them figure it out or call tech support. They are in India.
