Not syncing Contacts and Calendar - Missing Conduits

I got a new Treo 650 (Verizon) and installed the software that came with it. My home computer loaded all my Outlook contact and calendar information fine and everything is working great. My work computer however initially loaded everything okay, I changed the settings in Hotsync manager custom settings from do nothing to "sychronize the files" for contacts and calendar. On the next hotsync those conduits are missing and reinstalling the software changes nothing. How can I get the conduits back and sync all my contacts from the treo to Outlook? Any ideas or help?
