Default One website causes a logoff

My bosses phone accidentally changed some settings last week, and she couldn't access the internet. Cingular told me how to fix the settings correctly, and now she can access the internet, but the site where she can look at her email keeps logging her off, saying she's exceeded her time limit. Of course there is no time limit. Has anyone else had this happen, or know of a setting that could be causing it?

I am assuming you can get on the site but when you try and retrieve your e-mail you get kicked off and get the error message.

If you could access the server before I would verify that your e-mail settings are correct now.

The next step is to contact the site to see what causes the error that you are getting on the treo.

Yes, with some more details from the treo user, I called dsl.net, and the guy didn't know what the problem was, so he's going to get back to me tomorrow. Maybe there's a problem related to the Cingular GPRS service that accesses the website. Beats me.

I think the problem may be with cookies. I know the cookies were cleared when the settings were reset, and by googling the error message, I found that several other webmail sites give the same message if the browser isn't accepting cookies. Does anyone know how to check cookie settings on a Cingular Treo 650?
    Thanks

    Jill:

I am assuming you are using Blazer...
    Open Blazer
Press the Menu button and select Options and then Preferences
General Tab, see if the Disable Cookies box is checked and if so, uncheck
