Outlook Hotsync info - no more errors

Rather than the usual (me begging for help) I actually solved a problem & thought I'd share the results.

I was getting this crap-ola in the log:
OLERR:0B-0004
OLERR:0C-000F (0x0)
OLERR:0D-0003
OLERR:0D-0001
- Not Synchronized
Outlook Calendar synchronization failed

And Hotsyncs took 5 minutes....seriously.

Under CUSTOM of the Hotsync menu (right click the icon) I saw dupes in the list similar to:

DateBook (Outlook) (syncronize files)
Addresses (Outlook) (syncronize files)
To Do (Outlook) (syncronize files)
Memo Notes (Outlook) (syncronize files)
Calendar (Outlook) (Do Nothing)
Contacts (Outlook) (Do Nothing)
Tasks (Outlook) (Do Nothing)
Memos (Outlook) (Do Nothing)

I simply switched the SYNC FILES w/ the DO NOTHING.

Next time I got a fast sync w/ success in the log, and the next time I looked in the CUSTOM list the DO NOTHING dupes were GONE!

Apparently the top 4 in the list are for Palm Desktop? They're incorrectly set to SYNC, and the actual Outlook categories are set to DO NOTHING.

Its magic, I'm tellin ya.
