outlook sync problems

I just switched from the Palm desktop to Outlook for contacts, taks etc.. (yeah, i finally made the jump)

Now, when I sync, it 1) takes really long to sync. sometimes up to 10 minutes!! and 2) It automatically resets itself after it finishes.

Help? Anyone know why and how to fix? I'm running Treo 650. Outlook 2003.

I have found that it has a problem with certain applications Contact, Task , etc. Check all applications for different "stuff". I had the same with a Memo from another application, that it didn't like.
