Hello, I'm so annoyed. I have my orignal CD that came with my 650 at my office at work, bought a new computer for home, downloaded the newest Hotsync & Palm Desktop for my Treo650 (choosing the Sprint selection); and it doesn't have the Media file included with the download. PalmONE says that it's offered only on the Sprint CD, and that just because I chose the appropriate carrier of my Treo650; it doesn't have any effect on what's downloaded. All of the carriers link to the same download. They just want to track which carriers have the most Treo's. With that said... does anyone know how I can download the media plug-in, or know another program (hopefully free) that I can substitute? I now have to log into my SprintPCS website and view pics that I've uploaded from my device. I would just rather sync and have the pics right there. I'm so frustrated...:mad:
