Palm.exe - Application error caused by Calendar conduit
Treo 650 Sprint - Palm OS 5.4.8
Palm Desktop 4.1.4

I have installed Treo's 650 (Sprint) desktop software and after major struggle imported the documents from Lotus notes contacts (fields do not match on import and Palm just recommends to open each record and fix... what a joke but I did it) and from old Palm desktop.
Once I have imported all , then everything worked OK for a week.
I have not done NO changes to callendar conduit or any other.

Now when trying to START Palm Desktop application I get the following error everytime.
"Palm.exe - Application Error"
"The instruction at "0x02^x416f" reference memory at "........
Basically memory could not be read and I can click OK or cance to Debug.

First the Error was manifested as "CiceroUIWndFrame" Palm.exe memory error... but I have remove the Office Optional software and get now only Palm.exe error.

I have traced the problem to calendar conduit. When Callendar files are removed from my profile Palm desktop will start and work, but I do not have any Callendar entries.
Where is the problem, please advise I do not seem to find any help on similar problem.
Please help !!
