Default palm gps bluetooth sync

Hi, I have been using the palm version of the tom tom bluetooth gps navigator and the gps receiver is the holux version unsure , anyway the problem i am having is in order to aquire satelites , i have to do a soft reset on my treo 650 and then it aquires right away . so I have seen some post that reference a weak bluetooth radio on the 650 and I was wondering if all blutooth receivers would behave the same way , I have not tried to free up memory on my treo to see if it has any result or not , sometimes I get an error message indicating some buffer memory problem , yet I have 11 meg free , looking for other user experience

I'm using the same setup as you (my Treo is Cingular-branded) and have had zero problems. I'm even able to keep the GPS receiver in the trunk and it still receives the sat transmissions and keeps the BT connection with the Treo. Sorry you're having problems. Hopefully others can help. Let us know if/how you get this resolved.
