Is that the newest version of adobe reader? Are you downloading to the phone or card? If to the phone how much free memory do you have on the phone or the card for that matter. You may not enough memory on the card or phone to download the file.
When trying to view a PDF on my Treo 650 the treo resets. Here are the steps that I am taking. Am I doing something wrong?
What it does:
It will ask to save to Adobe Reader/Card. Then ask do you want to download yes/No.
When I hit yes it ask to save/save open document Save will download then ask to open Adobe Reader. Then do you want to open Adobe Reader hit yes and Palm Resets.
The save and open will ask to open in Adobe reader it just resets with no download.
Just seeing if anyone else is having trouble with the Adobe Reader I am using version 3.0.5.

You might also look at PalmPDF - it is free and works better than the Adobe Reader release.

Honolulu - 2,500 miles west of somewhere in the middle of nowhere, the land of Shakes. Kyoceria 6135, Treo 300, 600, 650, 700p, 700w, Centro & 800W, Touch Pro plus 3 other WM phones...
The version is newest 3.05 and there is nothing on the Card or the Treo so there is alot of room on both sides and the file I am viewing is 117kb. Free Space is 19.4M on the Phone and 227M on the card.
I have had other Treo users try to open a PDF and the fail the same way. So I am really stumped I will test the PalmPDF to see if it works just not sure why this is happening

The Palm OS Adobe for the 650 is horrible IMHO. I used the Documents to Go ability to read pdf files on the 650. However, since moving to the 700w the WM 5 Adobe is working great.
Grace & Peace!
