I am with Cincinnati Bell Wireless. I did a soft reset and it did not resolve the problem. Later on i deleted some of the files........pics, emails, memo....now it's slow but i can access the buttons and touchscreen. Maybe, there were too many saved items on the phone. Thank you guys.
