Phone reset How can I get me treo 650 back to factory-fresh state. When i do a HotSync after a Hard reset it puts all my opp Apps back on.
On your computer go to (assuming your on a PC and not a Mac) C:\Program Files\palmOne\yourhotsyncid. Locate your Backup folder, and move it to another location on your computer. Create a new Backup folder, but leave it empty. If you want any of the other apps from the old back up folder, you can copy/paste back into the new back up folder.

Make sure you copy/paste and do not MOVE. It is best to keep things as original as possible somewhere for you to fall back on.
