phone resets itself (HELP!!!!)

Hey Guys,

I really got desperate today, I found out why people don't seem to get through to me when giving me a phonecall and why my palmone Phone (v1.0) seems to reset itself.

This is what I found out:

Whomever calls me/ when I get a phonecall, my PalmOne Treo 650 reset itself (WTF!!!!!)
MY BEAUTIFULL PALM REJECT ME FROM HAVING A CONVERSATION?!@?!?!


So I really got desperate...and directly wrote this new thread....
I really don't know what to do...

PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS?!?!?!

Try a hard reset to wipe out all your applications (after you sync it first to back things up) and then without re-syncing try using the phone to see if it still does it. If that works, add you applications back one at a time (by syncing to a new user profile) and re-test to see which app may be causing the issue (it could be the least likely app you'd think).

If it still doesn't work without reloading any apps, make sure you have the latest phone firmware (check the PalmOne website). If you already have the latest, I'd say it's a hardware issue and go for a replacement if possible.
