Phone stayed in the "Zero Out" screen

I had the problem with my keyboard and a soft nor hard reset corrected my problem. So, I decided to give my phone a zero out reset. The instructions say that it should take the phone about 10 minutes to reboot, but my phone is stuck on the white screen with flashing line at the top. I've pulled the battery off and it stays in the same place. I gave it a reset and the same thing. Please help. I appreciate it.

The zero out reset (read method number 2) shouldn't take more than a couple minutes at most. Usually it's maybe 5 seconds before it reboots.
