Phone Trouble

My treo 650 would shut off and on....once the phone is on and Network Searches for a couple of seconds it automatically shuts off....I can't get my phone to work. Somebody out there can relate to this problem and help me out pleeze

Do you know if the battery is charged?

yes the battery is charged. It didn't work for awhile but now it's up and going but it's very inconvient esp when u need to make a call. I have the 1.15cng also so I do not now what the problem was.

It maybe the simtray problem, or possibly a loose battery connection.

I don't know but, it happened again. It took 20mins for it to work again. I noticed it happens after when someone leaves a voicemail on your phone and it turns off and on continuously. help help help

If it's the simtray problem, then the only way to correct the problem is to get the replacement simtray. Some have worked around the problem by padding the simtray with paper.
