    Sprint service will do that. Other services don't so you need to place the photo to a card and get a card reader or email the pic to the pc.

    As Plunker stated, you can use the media function of the desktop (if it is installed or whatever), but better off you are with a physical card reader or an application such as CardReader or BlueFiles.

    open your PalmDesktop application, then it should be 'Media' tab on in click on it, and see what happened

    I do have the Desktop installed, but since I started using my Treo instead of my Z22, the photos capability has gone away. However, I did download and purchase CardReader and it works perfectly. Thank You for your assistance.
