    Default Please Help!..

    Hi everybody (especially Chris)
    I bought a Treo 650 smartphone last month. Handsfree mode did not work properly. I sent the device to ALTERA -which is the only authorized distributer and technical service in Turkey- They changed the device with new one. I think something wrong with this new device, but i am not sure. In such a way; The imei and serial number on the back side of device is different from the imei and serial number on the "phone info" menu. They explained the state as "The new device is swap product, therefore the inside and the outside numbers are different. These 'swap' devices are coming from The States on this condition. We can change the device only, with the swap one. We can not change the whole box."
    I want to be sure on the truth of above explanation about swap products.

    Although I am familiar with "Refurbished" units, I can't speak for this practice . . . Sorry, I can't be of more help . . .
