How you guys doing.
Iam having a very hard time synchrnonizing my media (pictures) from my treo device, into my palmdesktop. I do not have an SD card in there, the pictures are just regularly in my device, and it is a sprint version.
I remember before, i had my old computer, and in the palm desktop i was able to see the pictures that i had taken on palmdesktop. But now, when i try to backup, there is nowhere where it said "media".
Can someone please help?

Are you having any other synch issues, besides with media? You changed computers. Did you backup any of your old desktop files and create a new backup or synch folder, by any chance? Different names for the 2 folders? Just tossing out a couple things off the top of my head without knowing more details.

Hi.
Iam not having any other sync issues... just media. and it is really important for me to get these pics downloaded, because they are accident photos, and the insurance needs them.

I didn't backup nothing from old computer.
Basically, this is a new computer, and a new treo too.
Why can't i see my pictures on 'treo desktop'?

The pictures are still on your Treo? If so, a quick work-around would be to email them to yourself/whoever.

When you synch, they're not showing up in the Palm desktop at all?

Yupe, exactly.
They are not in the palm desktop software.

I can't email them, cuz i dont have the picture plan.

Before, in the palm software, it was on the left side, with the other icons, now its not there.

Contacts,
Tasks,
Calendar,
Memos,
Quick Install,
Versa Mail,

If you used your old username when you set up the new software, that is your problem. Try doing a hard reset and pick a new username, and the media will show up. Take pictures and on next sync they will show up . . I think this is a pretty common problem when you upgrade.

It happened to me, and since then, just on this forum, I have seen pop up several times.

Even without the picture plan, you can still email using versamail. Just make them attachments.
