I have had the Treo 600 (VZW) since it came out and have had no problems with it. The phone part of it works without a hitch. The PDA part works pretty well, you just have to keep your application numbers to just what you need. Too many apps seems to bog it down. I had to do a hard reset to clear it out once and start over fresh. The fact that Verizon waited for almost a year before releasing it after Sprint tells me that Verizon wanted to make sure that it would work right without constant issues, like soft resets and lockups. At least that is what I hear from the Cingular and Sprint customers that have the Treo 650. I am betting that Verizon is making sure that the 650 is holding up to usage and probably going back to PalmOne to have them tweak the firmware if they do find something wrong. The 600 is a little slow since it has a slower processor, but it is functional and not unreasonable. It is also pretty reliable. I would say if you can wait till VZW comes out with the 650, it will probably be a very good option for you (and me

)
Hope this helps.
