i thought having the treo was more about the entertainment factor. everything wireless E-V-E-R-T-H-I-N-G wireless one way or another is going to have problems. I think so of you are really nit picking. Shoot! cable has it problems and disc network when it snows or rains has it problems and looks like the mobitv

I really though judging the products was more so about promoting the best that the Treo offered so others could go on and judge the product for themselves. I live in new york city and honestly streaming is very good.

I just think we should be a little more relaxed about our judgment of things. I love opinions and like "you know what " we all have them. We all know nothing is perfect and I respect the fact if you dont like them but some judgements are a little too over board.

can we start a one to ten rating system?

i've got the unlimited data thanks. occasionally, and it seems like it depends on the station and not the geographic area I'm in, it will continually buffer every few seconds, which makes it not worth listening to. at least until i go to the all sinatra station....where it doesn't do that....

That happens. No different than sitting in front of your computer and hitting a slow website or a site that is in high demand. So based on the fact that you can switch stations and get better throughput, it should be clear, that you should pick a different station for the genre of music you are wanting to listen to. Just my opinion.
