Pocket Tunes - Pause from blank screen

Hi peeps. I need your expertise. I am playing mp3 audio books in my car and want to be able to pause playback with Pocket Tunes when the screen goes blank. Is this possible?

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

I am using an aaux input to pump the sound through my car speakers. I am not currently charging the treo as I listen.

if you go into general preferences, uncheck "turn off screen while playing". the screen should stay on allowing you to pause it when you want.
