If the phone is new I would return it or exchange it. This is strange (to me) but you can get insurance on your phone from your carrier (sprint is within one month) and it will cover your phone problem.
If you have not added any software clear off your phone by a hard reset. Then see if it works. If it does resync your phone with your pc and see if the problem is back. |
I do not have any software on my phone and I have done hard reset a couple of times and nothing. I can not give it back because the seller don't want it back. I bought in some store without cradle, only handmade charger. It worked great before I bought it, but now....
