I'm attempting to get the latest PRL update. I emailed customer service and they told me to dial *2TALK on my phone. I get an error message indicating that the telephone # or code that I dialed is incorrect and to recheck and try again. I did it dosent work.
I then just called customer service (*2). I was told by the service rep to call back tomorrow because he can't do that today. What is going on? Does anyone else know of how to obtain the update?
