Problem sending photos from 650 - Treo Forums

This is a great camera. I'm a real estate broker, and very often when I go to email a photo of a property, it gets almost 100% done and receive the message "MMS-Error, your message was not successfully sent. An internal error (0004001D) has occured. Please correct this error and try again." How do I correct this problem?

Hi Carl-
I imagine a Treo would be a perfect tool for a real estate broker. I did a little research and happens when your account does not have MMS activated. Folks who had this issue were Cingular customers. A quick call to Cingular should resolve the problem.
