I just bought a sprint 650, and am unable to complete my first sync. The software has loaded fine, and the computer (PC w/Windows XP) recognizes an uknown device. I am unable get the computer to recognize the drivers installed by the program, or use any other drivers either. I have tried everything in all of the troubleshooting menus! Help....
