Problem With The Touch Screen

Please help!
My touch screen is not responding. Even worse, I did a hard reset, thinking that that could solve the issue, and now it is asking me to touch the center of the target, which I obviously can´t do and therefore... I have no phone! I even called my own number and nothing.
I am going crazy, please help!

Greetings! As a result of my research here, I stumbled upon a link, posted by a fellow forum member, to a newspaper article about a guy that fixes Treos. Here is the link, and it is a quick read:

I sniffed around on eBay and found his eBay member name: itsnothere.

I read his feedback, over 2,000 and 100% positive.

He appears reasonable in price, and honest. Wow? Can you imagine that?

Check it out, hopefully he can help you. I have not personally used him, however.

Do you have a protective cover on the screen?? Somewhere posted here was a comment about the screen not working and the cause was a little dirt under the cover was causing his screen not to work.

Thank you... No, I was not wearing protection.
I live in Mexico, and my mobile service carrier just changed the phone for at no charge.
