Programs do not see PDB files Treo 650

I purchased New Unlocked Treo 650 originally marked for Cingular. Even though the phone is only 4 days old, I am getting no support from neither Palm (Answer: Serial # is assigned to Cingular, we do not support third party software:confused: ), nor Cingular (because I use T-Mobil service).

My Treo 650 is not seeing installed PDB files. Any installed program that uses PDB data base file does not work. I tried several translating dictionaries, games like Palm SIM or Talking Moose. I do not know if my Treo is defective or it got corrupted during the unlocking process.

Bluetooth Hotsync does not work either (error message: some other application is using device). I think this is a part of the same problem. I would appreciate any help on how to fix these problems or a point in the right direction where to find solutions.

If I install any palm program that have associated PDB files for example



Program.PRC

Supporting.PDB



When I run this program it tell me that can not find supporting.PDB file or PDB file is not installed or just does not work.

When I check with file manager I see that all PDB files are installed but associated program does not see them.
