    Default Pushing mail button causes reset

    Everytime I push the mail button the unit powers off then powers back on. What is going on?
    How do I fix this?

    Default I am using VersaMail

    I am using VersaMail. Sometimes I am able to receive my email, however most of the time my phone just powers off and then back on.

    It sounds like something is corrupted in Versamail.

    There is a procedure to clear out the Versamail database files to start from scratch basically.
