I bought a new 650 for my wife unbranded unlocked and she uses T-mobile.

Here's the questions

1.) It seems to lockup alot or maybe it's slow? we had to reset it six times yesterday and it wasn't fully charged until 9:00 pm. anyone else exprience this is it a bad unit?


2.) she can't receive calls I tried to call her today and it goes right to VM. is there a setting she needs to change to receive calls?

I've looked through the manual and didn't see anything for either of these if someone knows the section please let me know.

Hate to break it to you, but it definitely sounds like a bad unit. Especially due to the long charge time.

OK we just received a new unit from Palm and everything is great accept the phone does not receive calls. Is there a setting somewhere I need to change? Is it a tmobile problem? I looked at the forwarding screen and it says "don't forward calls". I'm not sure what to do everything goes directly to voicemail.

As long as the phone says don't forward calls, then it is a T-Mobile issue. Call them up and let them know you got a new phone.
