I have had my Verizon Treo for about a week and I am getting more comfortable with it. I am demoing to Snapper Mail and I like what I see so far. From what I understand the standard mail program is in ROM and cannot be deleted. I was wondering if there was a change I could make to allow the email button on the Treo to open Snapper Mail? It is set as my default mail program.

Yes you can. It's been a while since I've used Snapper but I think from the preference menu in Snappermail, you can assign the mail button to Snapper.
You should also be able to go to your main preferences under personal click buttons and assign the mail button to Snappermail.

In Snappermail, select:

• > Options
• > >Preferences
• >>> System Tab
• >>>> Check Register as the default email app

I did set Snapper as the default mail app in it's prefrences but it still opens Mail.
