You might want to try a search, but since you asked, the biggest difference is the P runs a palm OS and the W runs a windows. Both offer (or will) a high speed wireless data plan, both are currently only available (or will be) through sprint or verizon (cmda network) the P offers a better screen resolution than the W. . . . P requires Palm apps and W requires WM apps . . . W better supports office files, but the P has a pretty solid alternative in Docs to Go . . . Both will have the same amount of RAM/ROM. Both use the same shell.
