Favorite: that I no longer look like I'm wearing Batman's utility belt.
Least: No native voice dialing, and the poorly implemented Bluetooth API that cripples voice dialing with industry-standard Bluetooth peripherals.

Almost favorite: screen
Almost least: no WiFi (plus no 3rd party PalmOS driver for an SD WiFi card) & meager RAM.
