Need Help Real player keeps freezing at certain point!

Ok here's the deal... Installed trial of pocket tunes, have an A Data 1gig sd card, only a few songs on it.

Everythings working fine, then the trial expires. I went to listen to real player and it ets to the middle of the songs and freezes. I uninstalled PTunes, same thing still.

I've erased the songs it froze on, and it began working. This morning I'll be damnned if it didn't do it again. So should I erase the card and start again? Could it be the card(it is an A Data)but has been working fine.?

Thanks for the help guys/gals....

P.S. Pocket Tunes is off the chain!! Best player I've tried so far. Thanks for the recommedation Still!

I wouldn't think the problem is with your card. More than likely it is related to real (junk) player and your MP-3's. And if its only MP-3's that you have ripped, then I am guessing that real isn't liking something that ptunes didn't seem to mind. Did those same tunes work in Real before you installed ptunes? Maybe try using MP-3's from another source and see if the problem still exists.
By the way, I am purchasing ptunes today myself!

Thanks man. If I remember correctly I think they may have workrd before ptunes. But I never had a problem with ptunes at all! Then It seemed like as soon as the trial ended and I had to use real crap, that's when the problems started. I erased the card and still the same problem. I will have ptunes by tomorrow!

B.t.w.... what do you think of Agendus Pro and SplashWallet? Thanks for the help.

As incredible as TCPMP is, it doesn't stream Internet radio . . .

Ow,,,,Well if you ever switch to PPC, TCPMP streams with nothing extra, works off the card and works perfect.

Who knows what the future holds? I really wanted to go PPC before this last Treo Plunge. But all my research kept leading back to the 650! Now, I have so much invested in hardware extras/applications, M$ is going to have to really do something special with WM before I switch! I really liked the qtek wizard! But experience with previous Palm devices and feeling somewhat like I was more in my element with them, in the end won me back to Palm . . . .

What kind of PPC do you own now??

I have a Sprint Audiovox PPC 6700.I never thought I would leave palm. Palm has the most intuitive operating system with the widest range of software to satisfy any need. The treo is the easiest to use, best designed hardware,,, I loved, loved, loved my 650! Heck I even loved my Kyocera 7135. And I had a ton of money and time invested in palm apps. But the temptation of something new wouldn't leave me alone! The 6700 offered a full size keyboard a good sized landscape screen, wifi, EVDO, more memory and a faster processor!I had buyers remorse for the first month as the learning curve tortured me but its been 6 months now and PPC has to many advantages over palm,,, I'm hooked. I can browse the internet while taking notes while listening to internet radio in the middle of checking email and you know what,,,, if some one calls it goes right threw. And everything picks back up right were I left it no matter what! There no replacing every stock application on the device with 3rd party apps, pocket internet explorer is as fast as Xiino and as pretty as blazer, pocket outlook is 10 times better than VersaMail, the office software is everything you need and its well intergrated unlike costly documents to go 8. Also you don't have to play those Palm games when downloading 3rd party apps wher you have to put the program on internal to read the database on the card. With PPC almost everything can go on the card. You know what else is awesome is that alnost every 3rd party palm app I had, had a PPC version the I was able to switch to free. No fee to use a different platform! There are still Palm programs I wish, wish, wish existed in PPC but that's all I miss.
