What do you mean by Real Tones?

I bought a SD Card, then I tried to download the trial ringo pro to my cell phone to try it out. When I look at my card, it shows that I did use up space and dowload went through but I can't find the file on my phone. What am I doing wrong?

You download Ringo directly on your Treo using the browser? If that's the case, did you download a file with the extension .prc, .exe, or .zip? If it was a .prc, then the application should have been installed, but not to the card. Check the Unfiled category for Ringo.

I dowloaded the trial of RingPro from my phone, but I cannot find the file. When I go to card info it shows that it has been downloaded but how do I navigate through the phone to find the file? I haven't seen an unfiled section.

I just found it and my unfiled is empty. It's still showing on my card though

I must be confused about what you mean by download. How did you download it to the card? Did you use a card reader connected to your PC? You can see what's on the card by using a file manager, such as Filez.

If you used your PC to download Ringo Pro, the best way to install it is to use the Install Tool on your PC, which will install the application as part of Hotsync.

No, I didn't use my PC at all. I brought up the website on my phone and tried to dowload it. When I put in my card does it store my information on the card without me dowloanding it?

There is no way to download directly to the card using Web (Blazer). Do you know the extension of the file you downloaded? What were the prompts when you saved it through Blazer?

I didn't see any prompts. It appeared to go through. It was showing that it was being saved. I see space being used on my phone, but I don't know what it is?

When you download the installer to your Mac/PC, you should have a .prc on your desktop. Double clicking should put this in your HotSync for installing to your Treo. Initiate a HotSync and then check the applications on your Treo.

Would you be able to tell me where you downloaded it from, so I can at least see the link that you used to download Ringo Pro?

Ok, I was wrong about being able to download to the card. I thought the behavior on the 650 was the same as the 600. Since it's an unrecognized type of file, you are prompted to save the file to the card. I would expect it to be somewhere under the /Palm directory on the card. The file you downloaded should have been called ringohg-installer.zip, which is not something you can install without having an unzip program on your Treo.

Okay, Well I'm going to erase what's on the card now and start over. So where can I get the Ringo Pro that will work on my phone? Also, do I need to install the software from the Disc that came with my phone in order to get the mp3's -

If you must install the application by directly downloading it to your phone, then you have to install the .prc file for the program. You can do that at the SmartPhoneTools.com software store associated with TreoBits. The contents of a zip file are provided for download when viewing the site on your Treo.

It is fastest to transfer mp3 files to the card via a card reader attached to your PC. Another option is to use Card Export II to make your Treo behave like a removable flash memory drive to your PC when it is connected via the USB cable. The software on the CD is useful if you want to manage your contacts, calendar, todo, and memo information from your PC and then sync that information to your Treo. Also, the hotsync process will make a backup of your Treo as well (except for the contents of the SD card).
