Default RealPlayer freezes my 650! Help?

My RealPlayer application operates fine without the SD card in.
If I insert my 1GB SD card and open the RealPlayer app, it freezes the phone.

I did a hard reset on the phone recently and it did not resolve the issue.
I am thinking the problem lies in the SD card. Any ideas and insight would help. Thanks in advance...

I have not done this but nobody has responded so I suggest reformatting the card or trying a different card.

You are playing mp3 and not wmp?

I think your story point to the card, not the Treo. When RealPlayer is launched it autoscans the AUDIO directory of your SD card. This can't be configured. If it's hitting a corrupt or incompatible file, your Treo may crash. You can try trashing the AUDIO folder on your card and creating a new one with the exact same name. I like Filez for this, but you can use any directory-level file management utility. I doubt you'll have to reformat the card.

Good luck.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, trash and recreate the RN_AUDIO folder as well.
