Rebbot question

Hi,

earlier tonight I attempted to send a sms messge, which I did do. However, right after I sent it, the screen on my Treo 650 went white and made a repeating beeping noise (it was constant, never stopped)

I did a reset, and it rebooted fine. However, it's rebooted by itself twice since.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

I've encounted the same problem from time-to-time. A more technically competant friend explained that the looping is the result of insufficient memory, which results from the failure of the current version of the operating system not fully clearly memory that's no longer in use by another application.

The "fix" (which has worked for me) is the remove your battery for five seconds, put it back in and (in theory) everything will work well. I find it necessary to do this every couple of days.
