To be honest I doubt that they will. Even if your Treo wasn't working properly, as long as there are Reburbed Treos, that is what you will get to replace it with. The Trend with Carriers is to kiss a potential new customer's tail. If your an existing customer, they will do the very least to keep you through your contract . . .

Hey I'm gonna get my Treo 650 replaced soon and I'm wondering if they might replace it with the new 700. The only reason I'm speculating is because my girlfriend went to get her iPod replaced last week and she ended up with a new Nano instead of her old Mini. Anyone know if they're gonna do that?
