Replacement antenna

I've had a Treo 650 (GSM unlocked) for about 18 months now... and I broke the antenna... I don't even remember how I originally managed to mess it up, but I then managed to kind of sort of make it work for a few months, but now it's just trash. The phone still works fine in most areas, but in some more borderline areas I now have no signal (including my house)... so I need to replace it, but all my googles for replacement antennas result in all sorts of fancy external add ons, does anyone know where I can just replace the stock antenna? An upgrade would be welcome as I've never been thrilled with my reception, but I need something to screw in for everyday use, not for mounting in my car or house or whatnot.

Not sure it it will work, since this is from a Sprint. Better check first. Or get it repaired by Chris Short.
