Reset error help! - Treo Forums

I had snappermail (E) installed, and my phone would crash every like 20 min. So I figured I would delete the program to see if it was that... Well it wasn’t. Now even without it and after doing a full hard reset it still crashes. Here is the crash code:

Memortmgr.c, Line 3752, NULL handle..... at the top it says the program that crashed was "phone"

Any ideas??? All my contacts and calendar are loaded via companion link from Act.

Please help!

i had similar problem but a hard reset fixed mine.

had the same problem today call tech support and they said that the code mean a corrupt file. i saw this on another site it said to install filez on your device and delete everything that the has a asc3 or asc 4 i try is and i have not had a problem since

I believe those files are associated with versamail. Or at least when I get an e-mail I can't delete the directions were to delete the asc files and reset up my e-mail.

i delete it from my file and i use snappermail trial

I had a trial version of Chatteremail two weeks ago. I got it working OK. It "took over" my Mail button, which I normally have set to launch Contacts. I accidently launched Chatteremail this morning. I can think of no other cause, but for the first time ever, every time I tried to make or answer a call I'd get a reset. I tried to use Uninstall to erase 4 Chatteremail files and it wouldn't let me.

So, I did a hard reset. Then I found the Chatter files in FileZ. It let me erase 3 out of 4 files.

I did a Restore from my SD card using BackUp. Everything is fine now.
