Resetting my Treo to Default settings

I'm selling my Treo and I want to reset it back to it's default settings as if someone was buying it new. Deleting all of my calender, contacts, ect. Is there a way to do this? Thanks.

Push the power button while holding the reset button in. You can release the reset button once you see the "Palm powered" logo screen. You will then see a message warning you that all data will be erased. Press up on the five-way to confirm.
