 |  I think that is controled by your cell phone company. ( not your phone) You might contact them maybe it is an optional time limit. I am not sure how the mystery of cel phones work but mine seems to ring about three to four times and go to voice mail. When I have called other cells it has rang as much as 10-14 rings. I think the cell company searches for your phone and once it has found it, it has a set time to answer. Lot of guesses on why it rings |

 | Ring Times I think it might be a function of the phone. I have Sprint. With my Sanyo MM7400, it would go to voicemail after 4-5 rings. Since I got the Treo, I notice it rings about 10 times before transferring. I never changed any of my voicemail settings when I got the Treo and I don't think Sprint did either. My 2 cents' worth.
