Ringtones off of the computer?

I am trying to get MP3 or WAV ringtones to work on my new Verizon Treo 650. I am currently on the 7-day trial for Ringo and I want to get this to work before I spend $30:mad: :mad: :mad: on it... I have made a couple of small WAV files that I would like to use thinking that I could just put it on there but of course I can't. What do I have to do in order to get these songs (mostly off i-tunes, but I can rip them to become MP3's) to work with Ringo so I can use them as ringtones??? Any help is appreciated...

ringo can play mp3's as ringtones as long as you have an expansion card
but it will not work with wav files. But the treo does not need ringo to play wav files as a ringtone cause it can recognize the file. but the only prob is you cant just sync it over you'll need to either email it to yourself and retrieve it in your treo or send it thru bluetooth or IR..
and wav files are large files it would be better to edit it before putting it to your treo
