I got this phone 2nd hand without any accessories+manual. I've managed 2 familarise myself with the phone but I'm having problems so I got some ?sHow do I install software on the phone?How do I view the contents of my memory card?Thanks in advance

Hi:

You really should go to the Palm site and download the appropriate manual for your phone and carrier. Start here.

Also, did you get the installation CD so you can install the Treo and sync software on your PC? That is also available from the Palm site.

Start there and I think many of the basic questions you might have will be answered. You might think you are familiar with the phone, but I believe you will find that it can do so much more than you realize when using the trial and error method.

By the way, to explore your card contents I recommend you install FileZ, a free program that just happens to be available here at ET. There are several ways to install software, but the most common is through the sync process, which is explained in the manual I referred to above.
