What's more amusing about the replacement phone is that if I don't have either the old phone or the "new" phone postmarked for return within 10 days of reciept, Cingular will charge me a $420 replacement fee. Essentially they would charge me full price for a refurbished unit they are selling for $140.
I guess I wouldn't be so critical if my Treo had been revived but I can't help myself.
