Default Saving Downloaded Files
I'm trying to save a file downloaded from an url to internal memory (as I have no SD card). Is this possible? It doesn't seem to be happy to do this. Once it sees that I have no card, it cancels the download.

AFAIK, only .prc and .pdb can be saved to internal memory.
