Screen keeps flashing on
The screen keeps flashing on even if there is no input from me. This is obviously draining my batter in short order and needs to be fixed.
When I turn off the screen (or let it time out) after a few seconds the screen will flash, and then after a few more second the entire screen will come back on.
I have performed a hard reset and that solved it, but next time I synced up it started doing it again.
Any ideas?!?!!

You have any programs that are accessing the internet or email every few minutes...

Hi:
Can you list the third-party software you have installed? The fact the hard reset solved it and after the sync it started again sure indicates you restored the problem.
Plunker asked a good question and the answer to that may answer my question. Something is activating and causing the screen to light up. Now we have to figure out what is operating in the background causing the screen activation.
I am guessing it is third-party because after the hard reset the original Palm stuff was quiet. It is also possible a corrupted file could be causing the problem, but it sounds more like an activity in the background. A corrupted file would more cause a reset if you tried to access a particular file like a corrupted contact or text message and the like.

It has actually resolved itself. For some reason it is behaving normally again.

Signal strength is another factor that actively contributes to the fun.
