Did your ebay seller state that it will work with Cricket?? I have not heard of anyone using a treo on Cricket but that does not mean they are not out there.

Before your beloved toy goes back I would have Cricket confirm it is the right phone and what updates it might need for their system.

Wow they have Cricket phones on ebay. They state they are ready to go out of the box for activation. Learn something every day.

Well we called cricket before we got it and they said yes it will work with them. Ill call and ask what updates they need. And Steve I contacted the seller right when I figured out the problem, he just never replies. And if this phone is this bad my mom won't to get a new one in case the same thing happens. Also she isn't paying anything for the phone. My sister is paying half since her child decided to bite my old one and make the screen bleed and I am paying the other half.

    Hi cloud:

That is a shame about the eBay seller. Was it a private individual or a store? Was there a good amount of feedback or was it a new seller? This is the down side of buying used electronics through eBay. Make sure you follow through with appropriate feedback if you can't get satisfaction. Is there any eBay insurance for this purchase?

I hope you are able to get some kind of satisfaction.....
