    Default Seidio scam? What would you do?

    A month ago I purchased a Treo car kit directly from Deidio. They shipped the wrong cradle and I asked for a refund. It took two weeks to receive an Return Authorization number. I shipped everything back and now they want to charge me a surcharge, not credit me for the shipping I origionally paid and not reimburse me for the return shipping. I'm out $35 because of their mistake and business practices.

    Better Buisness my friend. Do a google search for your state...ie..GA BBB. You can submit the claim online and they will contact them to ehlp resolve the problem. I had to do this once for my car at the dealer service station and it got the car fixed. Le tme know if this helps.
