Sending a music attachment - Treo Forums

How do I send a mp3 to another phone. Text messaging is no problem but I can't figure out how to send this file to another phone. Any help would be great.

I'm not sure you can send it as an attachment to a text msg. Don't know your carrier. I have Sprint. I tried, but all I can send are pics or videos with SMS. I believe most people got a carrier-specific email address with their service, if they have some sort of data plan, like xxx@sprintpcs.com. And, at least with Sprint, even if you don't know their username, you can substitute the phone # before the "@", and it'll get to them. Use your email app to send it to their phone email address. Hope this helps.

I have Alltel. I know I can send a pic to another phone like my wifes V710. I thought for sure you would be able to do the same with the 650!
