    Default Shortcuts?

This probably sounds like a stupid question, but when your in any program, and you go to the menu options, you get the option, and to the right you get what i think is a shortcut. It has a line with a dot at the end and a letter? How do i use these?

Press the "options" key then the letter key and go from there. Ben

Yes, you are right. When I typed it, I was pondering which to call it and options kept hitting me in the face. To clear the dirty water out of the way, it's the tiny little key on the lower right side of the tiny litle key board. That key. Da kine key.
